Membership Categories

The NAA offers several different types of membership categories. Read the descriptions below to see which one fits you best. To become a member, you can get the application from our website and fax it to (913) 894-5281 or email it to info@auctioneers.org. You can also call NAA Member Services at (913) 541-8084 ext. 71.

• Regular Member—An active Auctioneer that subscribes to the NAA Code of Ethics and embraces its Mission and Vision. This membership is $300 per year. Regular members receive printed materials in the mail and are eligible to vote in NAA elections.

• Online Member—An active Auctioneer that subscribes to the NAA Code of Ethics and embraces its Mission and Vision. This membership is $225 per year. Online members receive most correspondence through online and electronic formats. Online members are eligible to vote in NAA elections.

• Retired Member—Any active member who is age 65 or older and conducts 12 or fewer auctions per year shall be eligible for a retired membership in the association. This membership is $175 per year. Retired members are eligible to vote in NAA elections.

• Affiliate Member—Individuals who are not Auctioneers but who are involved in an auction related business with the purpose of providing goods and services to Auctioneers and the public. This membership is $500 per year. Affiliate members may not vote in NAA elections.

• Associate Member—Employees of active members who are not Auctioneers. Auction- related professionals representing the real estate, finance and legal industries qualify for an associate membership. Associate members cannot post auctions on the Auction Calendar. This membership is $225 per year. Associate members may not vote in NAA elections.

• Member & Spouse—An active member and his/her spouse or significant other that subscribes to the NAA Code of Ethics and embraces the NAA Mission and Vision. This membership is $450. Members and Spouses may vote in NAA elections. Includes Auxiliary membership for spouse for one year.
