Polybag Advertising
Advertising is available on the front of the magazine polybag mailer. Polybag ads may be one color and cannot exceed 7" x 10" in size. Contact your NAA Sales Account Manager at advertising@auctioneers.org for a quote.
Inserts
Inserts are billed at regular black and white rates for the first page when furnished and ready for binding. All subsequent pages are 50% of the earned black and white space rate. Less than full page size inserts are accepted, but are billed at full page black and white rates.
- Business Reply Cards (BRC) are billed at $500 plus binding charges.
- Binding charge is $300 (gross). No binding charge is required for inserts of more than four pages.
- Earned frequency discounts apply to inserts.
NAA Membership Directory
NAA's Membership Directory offers a year round publication that is used as a reference source for the industry and over 6,300 NAA members. The directory is great exposure to NAA members and is limited in advertising space.
Ad sizes and black and white advertising rates are as follow:
- Inside Front Cover $1200
- Inside Back Cover $1010
- Back Cover $1390
- 1 page $720
- 1/2 page $560
- 1/3 Page $465
- 1/4 Page $335
- 1/8 Page $215
- (for color ads - 50% additional charge)
List Rental
Whenever you face the challenge of reaching a specific audience, NAA's list rental is the answer for you. NAA can take you directly to the decision makers in the auction industry through its List Rental service. The list will be provided for 15 cents per name for members and 18.5 cents per name for all others. This list will contain contact and company mailing information only, the NAA currently does not provide a list with phone numbers or email addresses.
Pre-payment is required on all list rental orders and the minimum order is $100. Lists can be provided to you in a number of ways and formats. You can get a list according to auctioneers in certain states or even by specialty categories such as all real estate auctioneers, the choice is yours. The NAA can provide your list to you in excel format or send you the actual labels.
