One of the South's most rewarding showplaces, this "Queen of the Tennessee Plantations" represents 100 years of Tennessee history and architecture. Today, 30 acres remain of the once 5,400-acre plantation, making this one of the South's most outstanding show places. On the National Register of Historic Places, Belle Meade Mansion has been beautifully restored to reflect the sumptuous elegance of the 19th century. It is furnished with antiques and decorative arts of the period.

Our journey begins with a narrated driving tour through historic downtown and Music Row. Record labels, publishing houses and booking agencies are located here on the "row." Keep your eye out the window; you never know whom you might see! Guests will see many surprising facets of Music City, USA and the Volunteer State. Then, we're off to visit the new $37 million Country Music Hall of Fame facility - the cultural and architectural crown jewel of Nashville's downtown redevelopment. Considered the world's largest research center dedicated to a single form of American music, the new Hall of Fame provides its guests with an in-depth look at the people, places, instruments, and the emotions that have contributed to the creation of country music.
THE HERMITAGE - HOME OF PRESIDENT ANDREW JACKSON

The Hermitage is a National Historic Landmark standing on 650 acres of rolling meadows and woodlands. The recently restored mansion exhibits the most complete collection of original furnishings and personal belongings of any early presidential home in America. Six rooms retain rare original wallpapers. This beautiful plantation was more than just a home to Andrew Jackson. The magnificent mansion was his haven, a peaceful shelter from political tension and turmoil.

JACK DANIEL'S DISTILLERY & SHOPPING AT LYNCHBURG TOWN SQUARE

Folks have always come to Lynchburg with a thirst to know more about Mr. Jack and his Tennessee Whiskey. Now there's a place here in the Hollow to satisfy that thirst. Nestled between a rolling hill and the Mulberry Creek, the Visitor Center tells the story of the people, place and process that give Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey its character. The structure houses everything from rare bottles and jugs to items from Mr. Jack's life and the famous stone statue of the founder.
Note: Please dress comfortably. This tour requires a lot of walking and stair climbing.
ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL TOUR

Visit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and spend the day touring this amazing hospital where groundbreaking research is taking place every day to cure cancer and other catastrophic diseases. Participants will be provided with a private tour of the hospital and research facilities, BBQ lunch, and a presentation by a St. Jude patient and care team. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is internationally recognized for its pioneering work in finding cures and saving children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases.
You should know...
- Pre-registration is required for all tours. You will receive your ticket(s) by mail in your registration packet. Please keep all tickets and bring them with you to Nashville, as you will need a ticket to board the tour bus. If you do not receive a ticket by mail, please notify NAA staff at 913-541-8084, ext. 28 immediately.
- Tours can and have sold out in the past. Register EARLY.
- Tours will be cancelled if the minimum numbers of participants are not reached.
- NAA reserves the right to make comparable substitutions if circumstances beyond its control necessitate a change in any element of any tour.
- No refunds will be given for tours unless a tour has been cancelled.
- All tours will run as scheduled, even in inclement weather.
- All tours will depart from and return to the Renaissance Nashville Hotel lobby (main entrance).
- You must report to the Tour Departure Desk located in the Renaissance Nashville Hotel lobby (main entrance) 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of each tour.
- Locate the Tour Departure Desk prior to the day of your tour.
- Tour Buses will depart on time . We will not hold buses for late arrivals or no shows.
- Please dress comfortably (jeans, shorts, tennis shoes, sun visors, hats) and layer your clothing. Don't forget to bring bottled water, lip balm and sunscreen.
- All children 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
- Some tours include meals, others do not. Please plan accordingly.
