Registration Packages

Conference and Show Full Pack
This package includes Conference Education and Trade Show access plus one ticket to each of the following four events: Opening Night Event, International Ringman Championship/NAF Benefit Auction, IAC Buffet, and the President's Gala.

Super Saver #1 Package
This package includes Conference Education and Trade Show access for three days. Plus one ticket to three of the four social events: Opening Night Event, International Ringman Championship/NAF Benefit Auction, IAC Buffet, and the President's Gala.

Super Saver #2 Package
This package includes Conference Education and Trade Show access ONLY (no social functions included).

One Day Package
This package includes Conference Education and Trade Show access for one day only (no social functions included).

Kids Corner Program
This package is for children 12 years and younger and includes the Kids Corner Program on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

Shoestring Package
This package includes hotel accommodations at the Renaissance Hotel Nashville for four days/three nights, roundtrip airfare to Nashville from anywhere in the continental US, airport transportation to the hotel, Super Saver #2 registration package, Conference Education, Trade Show access, and Trade Show Floor lunches. Shoestring Package registrant is allowed to register up to three people for the Companion Rate package. Shoestring Package attendee is responsible for additional hotel fees if three or more people share a hotel room. This package is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable.

Companion Rate Package
This package includes roundtrip airfare to Nashville from anywhere in the continental US, airport transportation to the hotel, Super Saver #2 registration package, Conference Education, Trade Show access, and Trade Show Floor lunches. The Companion Rate package does NOT include hotel accommodations. This package is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable.

How to Register for Conference and Show

• Option 1: New! Conference attendees can register on-line. Simply click on the On-Line Registration link for the quickest and easiest way to register.
• Option 2: Conference and Show registration forms are also available in the Forms Booklet mailed with the February issue of Auctioneer magazine.
• Option 3: If you would like the registration forms faxed to you, try our new FAX ON DEMAND option. Dial 619-491-2944, enter your information and the registration forms will be faxed directly to you.

Completed registration forms can be faxed to NAA at 913-894-5281. Or you can mail to: NAA Registration, PO Box 413186, Kansas City, MO 94179-9877 (address envelope included in Conference Registration Forms Booklet)

Written confirmations are mailed within 10 business days of NAA's receipt of your registration form.
