Confirmations/Cancellations
A confirmation will be sent when registration is processed. Registration packets must be picked up on site at NAA registration desk located on the first floor of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by the NAA no later than May 15 to receive a refund. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all full and/or partial cancellations. After May 15, no refunds will be issued.
