About the instructor

David Hudgins, CAI, AARE
David R. Hudgins has been actively involved in the auction and real estate profession since 1985. With more than 34 years experience as a real estate broker specializing in auction marketing, David has established a solid reputation for providing professional service to his clients while demonstrating fairness and honesty with his customers. David’s talents and marketing specialties have been recognized by some of the nation’s top auction firms as he has provided assistance and service in many national auctions. In addition to selling in Tennessee, David served as a regional manager for Coldwell Banker and was active in Wisconsin and Illinois for several years. In addition to Tennessee, Wisconsin and Illinois, he has also maintained broker licenses in Georgia and Florida. David is dedicated to providing his clients the very best results through the most innovative techniques and leading programs available in the auction industry. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in Tennessee, David holds the prestigious designations of CAI (Certified Auction Institute) and AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) from the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. David has served on the CAI Board of Directors as well as serving in the capacity of a CAI course advisor.

In addition to real estate, David has sold a wide variety of personal property.  David and his auction team have worked live onsite auctions, live gallery auctions, as well as online auctions.
