2023 CAI Benefit Auction

Dear CAI alumni and students,

We are extremely excited as we approach the 2023 CAI Benefit Auction! CAI week will be here before we know it. We would love to have you participate in the event in some way. For those that cannot make the event live, no need to fret! You can still participate by sponsoring a portion of the event or by contributing a donation item. If you do wish to sponsor the event or make a donation, please contact Stephen at 276-325-0153 or by email at stephen@matthewsauctioneers.com.

For those that can make it to the event, be prepared to get ranchy! The theme of the popular movie series "Yellowstone" will be felt throughout the room. Here are a couple activities you can look forward to!

  • Plan on stopping by the “Saloon” to try your shot at multiple games for your chance to win great prizes! You won't want to miss the poker themed Dart Station!
  • Attendees will be able to shop at the Kaufman Ranch General Store where you will have the opportunity to purchase some of your favorite auctioneers and vendors SWAG. Each item purchased will enter you for a drawing and a chance to win a large prize!
  • We are asking attendees to come to Bloomington prepared to donate auction SWAG (hats, shirts, etc.) to help stock our General Store and give attendees a variety of items to browse and purchase. We will have drop off stations early in the week.
  • Start compiling your “Most Wanted” list! Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase “Trips to the Train Station” for guests of their choice. Come prepared to spend some money to keep some of Kaufman Ranch’s most wanted auctioneers of your choice behind bars!

Thank you to our sponsors!
