2019 Conference & Show Highlights

Teen Leadership Workshop

More than 24 teens gathered at Conference & Show for the Teen Leadership Workshop. Sara Rose Bytnar, CAI, AARE, AMM, BAS, and Eli Troyer, CAI, led the group in interactive activities relevant to the auction profession, including public and interpersonal communication.

2019 Hall of Fame Inductees

The following people were inducted into the NAA Hall of Fame during the 2019 Conference & Show:

David Huisman (Phoenix, AZ)
Christie King, CAI, AMM, BAS (Gadsden, AL)
J. Scott King, CAI, AARE (Gadsden, AL)

International Auctioneer Championship and International Junior Auctioneer Championship

More than 80 auctioneers competed in the International Auctioneer Championship at Conference & Show. Morgan Hopson, CAI, won the title of IAC Women's Champion, while Trey Morris, CAI, BAS, CAS, won the title of IAC Men's Champion. At the International Junior Auctioneer Championship, Tyce Friegi won the title of IJAC Champion.
