As a sponsor,, do I still have access to the education session?

Yes, each sponsorship will include discounted and/or comped registrations with full access to all education sessions.

When will the virtual conference take place?

The virtual summit/event is scheduled from September 1-3, 2020. The content is also available on demand for the rest of 2020.

How will I provide content for the virtual exhibit hall? Are there deadlines I should be aware of?

Once you are registered as a sponsor, the NAA Trade Show Manager will contact you with details and next steps.

How long will my company’s information and content be available on the virtual summit/event site?

NAA’s virtual Benefit Auction Summit will run live September 1-3, 2020, with archived content available on demand for the rest of 2020.

Can I set up virtual meetings?

Yes. There are a variety of options available to include virtual meeting space within your sponsor page - this includes embedding Zoom meeting links.

Will I have the ability to interact with the virtual conference participants?

Your information can be listed on your virtual booth with a preferred method of communication. If you have a web-conferencing tool (Zoom, Webex, etc.), you would be able to post a link and list the times you would be available to demo or chat.

What other engagement can we have with participants?

Your commitment to the virtual summit/event will put your business “front and center” before an engaged audience who are interested in the services and solutions your company provides to make their business resilient and more efficient. The information you include on your virtual booth to promote engagement is the first step towards building a larger collaboration with the virtual summit’s/event’s participants.

Will the NAA assist with marketing exhibiting and sponsoring companies?

NAA will be marketing to our members that sponsors are integral parts of the virtual summit/event experience.

How much time is dedicated to exhibitors and sponsors as part of the virtual conference?

The virtual summit/event will be live for four months. The sponsor information will be available 24/7 from September 1 - December 31, 2020.

Can we market NAA’s virtual summit/event on our company webpage, e-communications and social media?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to promote it. The virtual summit/event will be provided as part of your virtual sponsor kit.
