How do I update my contact and/or profile information?

You can update any of your contact or profile information, including what is displayed on your public Find an Auction Professional directory listing, by clicking the Member Profile link in the Member Area.

How do I reset my password?

User information can be updated through the Member Profile.

How do I find my member number?

Your member number can be found on your Member Profile. It is also printed on your Welcome and/or Renewal Email. Members may also request their member number by emailing memberservices@auctioneers.org or by calling (913) 541-8084 during NAA business hours.

How can I renew my membership?

To renew your membership, you can visit your Member Profile or choose the correct renewal option from the Join/Renew menu above.

Can I change my membership type?

You can change your membership type when you renew by calling (913) 541-8084, selecting the correct option when you renew online or by choosing the preferred option on your printed invoice. Regular-Online Members who receive only the electronic magazine can also upgrade their membership at any time to begin receiving the printed magazine by calling the NAA office at (913) 541-8084.

Can I transfer my membership?

The NAA does not allow the transfer of memberships. Anyone wanting to change the individual name on a membership must apply and pay for a new membership.

When will I receive my New Member Kit?

New member kits are typically sent via the U.S. Postal Service within one week of joining the NAA.

How can I take advantage of the NAA Payment Plan to pay my dues?

The NAA's Payment Plan allows members to split their dues over three consecutive monthly payments. Installments are charged directly to the credit card on record on the 25th of each month. To make arrangements, call the NAA at (913) 541-8084. The Payment Plan is not available via online renewal at this time.

How can I use the NAA Education Voucher?

All brand-new, first-time regular and online members that have NEVER been NAA members before are eligible for education vouchers. Spouse members do NOT receive vouchers.

The education voucher is non-transferable and valued at $300. Vouchers can be used during the first three years of membership, provided that the membership does not lapse at any point with the three-year period. Members should see vouchers for complete details.

You will receive a welcome packet in the mail which includes the voucher and the corresponding coupon code information for use with online redemption.

Vouchers can be used on any NAA events. This includes designation programs, summits, and Conference and Show. Members must use the coupon code printed on the voucher when registering for events online.
