New Password Requirements
Effective August 29, 2018
Because of changes in security standards and system upgrades, users must modify their passwords to meet the new security requirements. Passwords must now include 7 characters – including at least one letter and one number.
If you are prompted to change your password, please click the "Forgot password?" link at the bottom of the sign in form and follow the instructions to update your password to meet the new requirements.
If you are a current or former member, please do not select "Create a new account" to update your password. Please select "Forgot Password" to update your password to the new format.
If you believe that your account may have been set up using an email address you no longer have access to, or you have never had login credentials assigned to you, please contact the NAA at email@example.com or (913) 541-8084 during business hours (M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central) to have your account set up for you.
