**Team Pricing is only available for staff from the same company and employed by a single office. For additional company staff members to be eligible for the Team Pricing, at least one of the staff members must be an NAA Member and the Member must be registered for the summit. To register NAA Non-Members for the summit with Team Pricing, you must call 913-541-8084 to provide registrant information and payment or complete the Team Registration Form and send to education@auctioneers.org.
Cancellation policy: *Cancellations must be made in writing by 4 p.m. CT on July 30, 2024 to receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after July 30, 2024 will be entitled to a 50% refund of registration fees. No cancellations after 4 p.m. CT on August 12, 2024. Substitutions are encouraged.

A valid credit card and one night's deposit is required for each hotel reservation.
The NAA did not contract extra rooms before or after the summit dates. However, should you desire to arrive early or stay later, you may check the hotel’s availability. It is typical for a hotel to sell available rooms outside the NAA inventory at higher rates.

LOGISTICS/REGISTRATION
How do I register for the in-person summit?
You can click here to register. If you have any questions regarding registration please email us at education@auctioneers.org or call 913-541-8084
If I register for the event and am unable to attend, can I get a refund? Will there be a cancellation fee? What is the deadline to cancel?
If you feel you need a refund, please contact education@auctioneers.org no later than 4 p.m. CT on July 30, 2024 to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after July 30 will be entitled to a 50% refund of registration fees. Cancellations will not be available after 4 p.m. CT on August 12, 2024. Substitutions are encouraged.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. You should receive confirmation within three business days of registering.
Are there scholarships available for attendees?
Eligible attendees may apply with the Foundation to receive a scholarship covering registration fees. Visit auctioneersfoundation.org for details and to apply.
How do I book a hotel reservation?
Registrants may book a hotel reservation online. The NAA discounted rate is $199 (plus taxes & fees) and guaranteed until July 26, 2024, or when the inventory of rooms is sold out, whichever comes first, and is based on availability at the time of booking. A valid credit card and one night's deposit is required to book a reservation.
If you'd like to extend your stay beyond event dates, the group rate is available three (3) days pre and post event (subject to availability).
Some guest rooms at The Biltmore are suites and can accommodate more than one guest. You might consider coordinating with another attendee to share a suite if you're looking to further reduce your expenses.
