The NAA does not use an event housing provider nor will the NAA call members to book housing for C&S.
Unauthorized housing providers may:
- Misrepresent themselves as being affiliated with the NAA, NAA’s Conference and Show or the conference hotel which is the Renaissance Schaumburg.
- Offer rooms at inflated prices or in hotels that are not part of our official room block.
- Require non-refundable deposits or full pre-payment.
- Fail to deliver confirmed reservations, leaving you without accommodations.
- Obtain your credit card information for fraudulent purposes.
To ensure you have a legitimate and secure hotel reservation, please follow instructions below.
If you receive a call, hang up and call NAA at 913.541.8084 to report the incident. If you are unsure, contact NAA or go to the Conference hotel page for instructions on how to book a hotel reservation.
BOOK HOTEL
To arrange lodging at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, you must register to attend Conference, first. Information on how to book a hotel room is included in the registration confirmation. If you are undecided whether you will attend at this time, go ahead and register; Conference attendees have until May 28 to cancel without penalty. No refunds after May 28. Exhibitors, please refer to the What To Know policies.
- The NAA discounted room rates are guaranteed until the cutoff date of June 16 or until the NAA inventory or rooms are sold out, whichever comes first.
- Reservations made after the cutoff are not guaranteed to receive the NAA group discounted rate.
- Inventory of rooms are based on availability at the time of booking.
- A valid credit card is required for each hotel reservation.
- A deposit in the amount of one nights' room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.
- Cancelations received after June 16 will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax and will be enforced by the NAA.
NAA discounted group rates
- $225 per night, plus taxes, single and/or two beds (1-2 ppl per room). Rates will increase after June 16.
For information on alternative room options not listed above, call the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel at (847) 303-4100, when prompted by the automated system, speak a verbal command of "guest services." When prompted again, make a verbal command of "group reservations" and a local representative will assist.
Cutoff is June 16
The NAA discounted rate and inventory of rooms are guaranteed until the NAA inventory is sold out, or until June 16, whichever comes first. Rates will increase after June 16.
Room availability
The NAA room inventory is available beginning on Tuesday, July 15 – through checkout on Saturday, July 19 (based on availability at the time of booking). The NAA does not contract extra rooms before or after the conference dates. However, should you desire to arrive early or stay a day later, you may check the hotel’s availability online. It is typical for a hotel to sell available rooms outside the NAA inventory at higher rates.
