This central location will serve as a hub for exciting member interactions. Come prepared to share your innovative resources and engage in dynamic discussions that will empower our members to achieve business growth.
LOCATION
Adventure Hall, Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center, Schaumburg, IL.
Once you've purchased a booth, you may book a hotel reservation by using the unique hotel reservation link provided in the registration confirmation..
IMPORTANT DATES
Priority Booth Placement Deadline:
Complete and submit the digital registration/exhibit contract by March 27, 2025. Exhibit contracts will not be processed, nor booth placement assigned, without payment. Full payment is required and due upon submission of the contract. By submitting the contract, registrants acknowledge and agree to the cancelation policy outlined below.
Booth Selection Announcement:
Show management will confirm priority booth placement by April 18.
Booth contracts received on or before May 28 will receive the early discount rate. After May 28, rates increase by $200.
Exhibit Space Cancelation:
To secure exhibit space at the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. By submitting the contract, registrants acknowledge and agree to the cancelation policy.
Cancelations on or before May 28: A written request to cancel exhibit space must be received by show management on or before May 28 resulting in a forfeiture of 50% of total cost per booth.
Cancelations after May 28: All payments are final. A written request to cancel exhibit space must be received by show management resulting in forfeiture of all monies.
If the balance has not been paid in full by May 28, the National Auction Association (NAA) reserves the right to immediately release the space for sale.

Monday, July 14, 8 am - 6 pm
Tuesday, July 15, 8 am - 11 am. Private exhibitor lunch 11 am – 1:30 pm.
SHOW HOURS
Tuesday, July 15, 1 – 5 pm
Wednesday, July 16, 8 am – 5 pm; Closed 5 – 8 pm; reopen from 8 – 10 pm for the NEW After-Hours Block Party!
Thursday, July 17, 8 am – 5 pm
EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT
Friday, July 18, 7 am - 11 am
