NAA’s 2025 Executive Symposium brings a transformational learning and networking experience to you and your executive team. Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing by 4 p.m. CT on January 6, 2025 to receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after January 6, 2025 will be entitled to a 50% refund of registration fees. No cancellations after 4 p.m. CT on February 17, 2025. Substitutions are encouraged.

NAA Event Rates: $289 (plus taxes and fees) single/double occupancy; $489 (plus taxes and fees) 2 BR suite upgrade; $539 (plus taxes and fees) 3 BR suite upgrade - all subject to availability.

  • First priority for hotel reservations will be given to those who register to attend the symposium.
  • The NAA room rates are guaranteed until the cutoff date of February 4 or until the NAA inventory or rooms are sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after the cutoff are not guaranteed to receive the NAA rate.
  • Inventory of rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. Group rates available 3 days pre and post event, subject to availability.
  • A valid credit card and an advanced deposit rate equal to one night's lodging rate (plus tax) is required for each hotel reservation.
  • No shows or guests who cancel a portion of their reservation within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged the full length of stay.
  • Your reservation includes:

The NAA inventory of rooms are available for the nights of Sunday, March 2 through Tuesday, March 4, (based on availability at the time of booking). The NAA does not contract extra rooms before or after the event dates. However, should you desire to arrive early or stay a day later, you may check the hotel’s availability online. It is typical for a hotel to sell available rooms outside the NAA inventory at higher rates. To book your room for additional nights, you will need to call the hotel reservation desk at 800-532-0500.

Silverado Resort is 55 miles away from Oakland Airport, 61 miles away from the San Francisco International Airport, 70 miles away from the Sacramento International Airport, and 45 miles away from the Sonoma County Airport.

Silverado Resort does NOT offer transportation to the town of Napa or area airports.

Rental cars are available at all airports. In addition, Silverado Resort works with a number of shuttle services and can assist guests with a reservation by calling their Concierge team at 707-257-5436 or 707-257-5439 or by emailing at silverado.concierge@silveradoresort.com.

How do I register for the in-person symposium?
You can click here to register. If you have any questions regarding registration please email us at education@auctioneers.org or call 913-541-8084

If I register for the event and am unable to attend, can I get a refund? Will there be a cancellation fee? What is the deadline to cancel?
If you feel you need a refund, please contact education@auctioneers.org no later than 4 p.m. CT on January 6, 2025 to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after January 6 will be entitled to a 50% refund of registration fees. Cancellations will not be available after 4 p.m. CT on February 17, 2025. Substitutions are encouraged.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. You should receive confirmation within three business days of registering.

May I register more than one "Guest" with me? What does the "Guest" get for their registration?
You may bring ONE guest with you by adding a Guest Registration ticket when you register yourself for the symposium. Guests are welcome to participate in everything except the education sessions on Monday and Tuesday. If you have any questions regarding Guest Registration please email us at education@auctioneers.org or call 913-541-8084.

Are there scholarships available for attendees?
Eligible attendees may apply with the Foundation to receive a scholarship covering registration fees. Visit auctioneersfoundation.org for details and to apply.

How do I book a hotel reservation?
Attendees may book a hotel reservation online or by calling the resort at 800-532-0500. The NAA rate is $289 (plus taxes & fees) for single/double occupancy rooms and guaranteed until February 4, 2025, or when the inventory of rooms is sold out, whichever comes first, and is based on availability at the time of booking. A valid credit card and an advanced deposit rate equal to one night's lodging rate (plus tax) is required for each hotel reservation. Reservations can be cancelled penalty free, within 24 hours of booking date/time, unless the reservation is made within 72 hours prior to check-in. No shows or guests who cancel a portion of their reservation within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged the full length of stay.
