Welcome Party @ Top Golf

Tuesday, July 15| 6 p.m.

BEFORE YOU GO

1. This event will be held rain or shine. 
2. Pickup your registration packet at the NAA registration desk before 6 pm. Your ticket to Top Golf is in your packet. Ticket is required to board the shuttle
3. A wristband is required to access the private NAA group locations inside the venue. Dinner is available between 6:30 - 7:30 pm.

5. A complimentary shuttle to Top Golf and return to the hotel is included with a purchased ticket. 

GAMEDAY

5:30 pm Shuttle boarding

• Shuttle boarding location is at the Renaissance Schaumburg. Shuttle is provided complimentary with a purchased ticket. A ticket is required to board the shuttle.

6 pm – Golf Bays are open

6:30 – 7:30 pm – Buffet dinner consisting of smokehouse BBQ beef brisket and chicken, salad, mac n cheese, coleslaw, green beans, corn bread, rolls and beverages.

8 pm - Shuttle service to Renaissance Schaumburg hotel.

For your convenience, there will be continuous shuttle service between Top Golf and hotel between 6 and 8 pm. 

OTHER

Costs associated with walking to or taking alternate transportation to Top Golf are the individual's responsibility.

NAA does not reimburse for costs associated with alternate transportation, parking, food, beverages, or other.
