In early 2024, NAA transitioned to a new website and database. As a result, a reset of all usernames and passwords was required. To retrieve you new login information,
- Enter your email address (it must match what is used in your current NAA member record). If someone else might be sharing that email in the system, the process will not complete due to the dupication. Contact us for assistance at memberservices@auctioneers.org
- Check the I'm not a Robot box
- Click on the Retrieve Username and Password button below.
- An email will arrive shortly! If you don't see it in your Inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.
