Education

The NAA Education Cornerstone is dedicated to providing members with the latest in auction continuing education. Our custom-built seminars and professional designation programs are designed to help our members adapt and succeed in today’s profession.

NAA Education History

NAA Education has a long history before becoming a part of NAA and as a part of NAA.

In 1976, AMI (Auction Marketing Institute) was founded and quickly became the premier provider for advanced auction education.

For years, AMI and NAA existed together, each filling a role for auctioneers worldwide. In 2002 the leadership of NAA and AMI made a bold decision to merge the two organizations and ensure the long term health and prosperity of both organizations. The merger was completed in 2003.

Today, the Education Cornerstone functions as an important arm of NAA, governed by a committee who are tasked with ensuring the viability and quality of NAA's educational programs.

Through designation programs, education online, sessions at NAA events such as conference & show, freestanding advanced events such as educational summits, and many more avenues, the tradition of superior education at NAA continues.
