Special Event Rates: $69 (plus taxes and fees), single/double occupancy - subject to availability. The special rate includes:

Two guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center (does not include spa)
In-room internet access for two devices per room per day
Group rate extended three (3) days pre and post event (subject to availability)
Complimentary in-house basic wireless internet in meeting space

A valid credit card and one night's deposit is required for each hotel reservation. Cancelations are allowable without penalty up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.

The NAA did not contract extra rooms before or after the event dates. However, should you desire to arrive early or stay later, you may check the hotel’s availability. It is typical for a hotel to sell available rooms outside the NAA inventory at higher rates.
