William Foote

Bill has more than four decades in the auction industry. He became a licensed Washington auctioneer in 1984 and co-owned Medalia’s Auction Services in Seattle from 1992–1999. After working with LiveBid.Amazon.com (1999–2001), he co-founded BidSpotter in 2001 and helped grow it until its sale to ATG in 2010. Bill remained at ATG as Director of Implementation from 2010–2024. Since relocating to Texas in 2024 he holds licenses in Texas and Arkansas and works independently as a contractor covering all facets of the auction business.
