Elizabeth Swicegood delivers exceptional service to her clients. Originally from Denton County, Texas, she moved to North Carolina and graduated from Davie High School in 1986. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a Minor in Spanish from Catawba College, followed by postgraduate studies at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Elizabeth graduated from the Dan Mohr School of Real Estate in 1999. Expanding her skills, she graduated from the Nashville Auction School in 2015 and completed the National Auctioneers Association’s Certified Auctioneers Institute program at Indiana University in 2021. In 2023, she acquired the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation through the NAA, enhancing her expertise in strategic real estate auction processes. Her outstanding marketing and technology skills have helped make The Swicegood Group a leading force in auctioneering.
Family is at the center of Elizabeth’s life. Happily married to her high school sweetheart, Kyle, since 1989, they have two children and three grandchildren. Their daughter Ashton and husband Ben are parents to Braxton and Blaire. Their son Lewis and wife Kayla are parents to Riland. Elizabeth loves traveling and treasuring time with her grandsons, Brax and Riland, and granddaughter, Blaire. Elizabeth and Kyle also actively support local charities and nonprofit organizations. Her passion for both her work and family is evident in everything she does.
