Jaci Leigh Pitts is a faith-driven leader, minister, and business professional whose career reflects dedication, integrity, and service. She met her husband, Aaron, at Oklahoma State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1999 with concentrations in Marketing and Management. They married the same year, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in family, faith, and shared purpose.

Jaci began her career in the ag-pharmaceutical industry with Vista/Centrx from 2000–2001 before transitioning into banking. After moving to Roland, Oklahoma, she joined National Bank of Sallisaw, where she spent 12 successful years and rose to Vice President and Branch Manager of both the Sallisaw and Roland branches. She completed the Oklahoma Bankers Association Lending School and graduated from the full OBA program in Oklahoma City, strengthening her foundation in finance and leadership.

In 2013, Jaci followed God’s calling and became an ordained minister. The following year, she and Aaron launched The Slab, a BBQ food trailer that grew into a full convenience store and meat market, operating from 2017 to 2022.

Since 2015, she has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Green family in Sallisaw. In 2024, Jaci became CEO of LTC Accounting Services and completed both the Professional Ringman Institute (PRI) and Champion Ringman College (CRC). That same year, she and Aaron founded Four13 Auction Services, inspired by their family’s guiding scripture, Philippians 4:13.

Jaci and Aaron are the proud parents of two sons—Paxton (married to Camryn), and Paden and his girlfriend, Haven. Her life remains centered on faith, family, and serving others with excellence.
