Kristina Franz, CAE is chief operations officer at the National Auction Association (NAA), formerly the director of education. With more than 25 years of experience in education ranging from public to private, elementary to adult, and in person to online, she has developed a passion for education in all areas and walks of life. She entered the association management profession in 2011 with ARMA International. Kristina currently manages and oversees the overall operations of and programming available through the NAA, joining their team in 2019. She was awarded the prestigious Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE in 2023. Kristina enjoys volunteering with local non-profit organizations in the greater Kansas City area and spending time with her husband and their two young kids.
