In 2023, Mike added a new dimension to his work by graduating from Nashville Auction School
and the Professional Ringman Institute, bringing real auction expertise to the Blackwell Realty &
Auction team. He’s currently enrolled in the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) — the most
respected professional development program in the auction industry — and will earn his CAI
designation in 2027.
