NATIONAL DIRECTOR, TRANSACTION ADVISORY

I specialize in commercial real estate auctions and structured sale processes, including bankruptcy and distressed transactions.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked across all asset classes and market cycles, completing more than $1 billion in transactions. Today, my focus is simple: helping clients create certainty in uncertain markets.

Most commercial real estate deals rely on waiting. Waiting for a buyer. Waiting for pricing to align. Waiting for the market to move.

Auctions remove that friction.

They bring the market together at a defined moment, create real competition, and establish price through transparent bidding. Instead of negotiating one offer at a time, buyers compete in real time.

I work with:

Property owners
Brokers
Lenders and special asset teams
Bankruptcy attorneys and trustees

We don’t replace your existing relationships. We work alongside them to create a structured, competitive sale process.

Auctions are particularly effective when:

A property has been on the market without traction
Pricing is unclear or disputed
There is a time-sensitive situation or loan maturity
The asset is part of a bankruptcy or court-supervised process

The result is a faster, more transparent, and more defensible outcome.

If you’re evaluating a sale, especially in a complex or distressed situation, I’m always open to a conversation.

Mission & Vision

The National Auction Association serves auction professionals by providing services built on four cornerstones: Advocacy, Community, Education, and Promotions.

Our vision is to be the unified voice of the auction profession, championing the interests of auctioneers everywhere.

Values Statement

We intentionally welcome all auction professionals. We do this without adherence to any social, religious, and/or political affiliation or creed.

We endeavor to foster a climate of purposeful inclusion, an environment where all can feel safe, valued, cared for, and given an opportunity to form meaningful connections with each other.
