Sara Rose Bytnar is a third-generation auctioneer and licensed real estate broker with Beth Rose Real Estate and Auctions, where she leads company operations across residential, land, commercial, foreclosure, and golf course property sales. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Advertising and Promotion from Bowling Green State University.

Sara is a nationally recognized leader in the auction industry, serving as the 2017 Women’s Division Champion of the National Auctioneers Association’s International Auctioneer Championship (IAC). A dedicated advocate for service and education, she has served the NAA in a volunteer capacity for over 13 consecutive years—as a committee member, speaker, and instructor across numerous NAA Summits and Conferences. She is a current instructor for the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designation and former instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). Sara recently completed a four-year term on the Education Institute Trustees (Chair 2025), and now serves as a Director for the National Auction Association (2025-2028).

Sara’s leadership and passion for education have earned her multiple honors, including the CAI Rose Award (2012), NAA Volunteer of the Year (2021), and IAC Chair (2024). She is also a past President of the Florida Auctioneers Association. Whether mentoring rising professionals or guiding clients through the auction process, Sara brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, industry knowledge, and deep respect for the auction profession to everything she does.
