Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA)

GPPA

Awarded by the NAA Education Institute to give auctioneers both more skill and acumen in appraising personal property and also another potential revenue stream as a professional appraiser. This designation was awarded after successful completion of the class, a detailed written appraisal report compliant with USPAP, and proof of at least two affidavits of appraisals.

Current GPPA Holders: You may keep your GPPA designation by maintaining your CE & USPAP requirements and paying designation dues. You also have the option to transfer to the Personal Valuation Specialist (PVS) designation, though this is entirely voluntary.
