Youth Programs

It takes all generations to build a thriving industry—and the auction industry is no exception. Without young people preparing to step in and lead, the future of the profession would be uncertain.

Recognizing this, the NAA is actively developing new programs for youth aged 12–18. These initiatives aim to introduce the auction industry to those who may have never encountered it, offer fun and educational activities as learning tools, and create experiences that foster valuable life skills like confidence and leadership.

Exciting opportunities are on the horizon, so be sure to check back in the coming year to see what’s being created for the next generation of auction professionals.

Mission & Vision

The National Auction Association serves auction professionals by providing services built on four cornerstones: Advocacy, Community, Education, and Promotions.

Our vision is to be the unified voice of the auction profession, championing the interests of auctioneers everywhere.

Values Statement

We intentionally welcome all auction professionals. We do this without adherence to any social, religious, and/or political affiliation or creed.

We endeavor to foster a climate of purposeful inclusion, an environment where all can feel safe, valued, cared for, and given an opportunity to form meaningful connections with each other.
