Richard Schur

With more than 20 years of auction and asset appraisal experience, Rich is considered both an industry and community leader. He has vast experience selling and appraising a wide variety assets and boast that he has sold or appraised assets from A-Z, art to Zamboni's.

Rich runs the company with his wife, Shannon, a 2nd generation auctioneer and a Colorado Hall of Fame Auctioneer. The couple and their team focus on estate, collectable and liquidation auctions in both the Denver and Colorado Springs markets.

Rich is a staff instructor for the NAA and for several auction academies. He is considered the "go to" expert in the NAA for asset valuation.

Rich is a founding member of both the Tri-Lakes Rotary Club, and the Tri Lakes Foundation for First Responders, where he serves as President. He is currently the Board President of Tri-Lakes Cares (A human services organization), and a Past-President of the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce.

Rich is a Colorado State Champion Auctioneer.
