Tim Mast, CAI, AARE

Tim is in his twenty-seventh year in the auction business and serves as President and CEO of Tranzon, LLC. A lifelong resident of southwestern Tennessee, he operates from his hometown and holds his Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s License and Auctioneer’s License, along with licenses in multiple states. He is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering and has completed extensive auction and real estate education.
In 2005, Tim earned the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation from the National Auction Association’s Education Institute and is now an approved instructor for the course. In 2009, he completed the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) program, the industry’s most prestigious designation, and later joined the CAI faculty.
Tim is currently vice president of the National Auction Foundation. He previously served as vice president, president, and chairman of the board for the National Auction Association, following a three-year term on the NAA Board of Directors. He also served in multiple leadership roles with the Tennessee Auctioneers Association, including president, and was the NAA Ambassador for Tennessee.
In 2013, Tim was inducted into the Tennessee Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame, becoming the youngest recipient in its history. He is a frequent speaker on real estate auctions and is active in his community as chairman of the McNairy County Election Commission, a volunteer firefighter, and a member of several civic organizations.
Before devoting himself fully to real estate and accelerated marketing, Tim owned and operated a home maintenance company and a credit-factoring firm. His experience and negotiation skills have contributed to successful transactions in more than 30 states and three countries.
