Professional Bio
Anne Nouri, AARE, BAS, CAI, GPPA, is an award-winning auctioneer, real estate broker, personal property appraiser, and marketing strategist with offices in McLean, Virginia and Palm Beach, Florida. A graduate of the Missouri Auction School, Anne brings a unique combination of auction expertise, luxury real estate experience, personal property knowledge, and high-level sales and marketing background to help clients achieve successful results.
Prior to attending auction school, Anne spent more than two decades as a product designer with offices and production relationships in Italy, Spain, and China. She designed and sold products for major television shopping networks, including HSN, Shop NBC, TVSN Australia, and The Shopping Channel Canada, generating more than $100 million in sales. This experience shaped her strong understanding of presentation, buyer psychology, marketing, and creating urgency in the marketplace.
Today, Anne specializes in real estate auctions, personal property and estate auctions, fundraising auctions, consulting, and expert witness testimony. She is a past board member of the Virginia Auctioneers Association and is currently serving her third term as President of the Florida Auctioneers Association. Anne also served for three years as an Educational Trustee for the National Auction Association, where she supported auction education and professional development nationwide. She also served as Chair of the rewrite of the AARE course for the NAA, helping strengthen education and training for real estate auction professionals.
Known for her energy, creativity, and client-centered approach, Anne is passionate about using the auction method of marketing to create exposure, momentum, and strong outcomes for clients.
