Bill Londrey

Based in Richmond, Virginia, Bill focuses on serving the real estate disposition needs of the banking, trust, legal, and corporate communities throughout the United States with particular concentration in Virginia, North Carolina, and Indiana. During his 30+ years with the company, Bill has managed some of the largest bankruptcy auctions in company history, including a $30 million retail center in West Virginia and numerous multi-property, multi-million dollar commercial, residential, and land dispositions. Other engagements include hundreds of consultations and transactions for trusts and estates, charitable organizations, REITs, Chapter 11 debtors, special servicers, lender OREO managers, bank credit officers, and workout professionals. Year in and year out, Bill is one of the top-producing Tranzon team members. Bill received his BA from Washington & Lee University in 1988.
