Professional Bio
Jon’s auction expertise includes real estate sales—residential, rural, and commercial properties—as well as estates, farm equipment, and judicial sales. His experience in both the auction and legal fields gives him a comprehensive understanding of complex transactions and court-ordered proceedings.
In 2009, Jon attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington before pursuing his legal education at the Nashville School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2015. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in the fall of 2016.
During his time in private practice, Jon developed a broad legal background, focusing on title and real estate law, landlord-tenant matters, contracts, secured transactions, banking law, probate, and civil litigation. In 2021, Jon entered into public service by working with the District Attorney General for the 19th Judicial District of Tennessee. That district serves both Montgomery County and Robertson County, Tennessee.
Since December 2022, Jon has served as Clerk and Master for Robertson County, Tennessee, where he serves as Special Master continuing his commitment to public service and the rule of law.
Jon is the 2025 Tennessee Auctioneer Bid Calling Champion and lives in Springfield, Tennessee with his wife, Grace, and two children, Sawyer and Florrie Jane.
