As a licensed NYS Real Estate Associate Broker, earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in 2024, raising his total NYSAR/NAR (New York State Association of Realtors/ National Association of Realtors) designations and accreditation count to 5.

Has redeveloped corporate Affirmative Action, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policies for the Company.

Pioneered a relationship with a Massachusetts based company, Auto Impound Solutions, to provide supplemental online auction services for statewide impounded vehicle sales.

Secured full service online auction contract with local company, National Fuel Gas, successfully selling over $2 million in surplus vehicles and equipment for them in the first 8 months of service.

Through a formal solicitation response, was recently awarded a national contract for auction services through Sourcewell, allowing Auctions International, Inc. to offer turn key auction services to over 50,000 government, educational and nonprofit organizations across North America.
