Kurt Aumann

Kurt Aumann grew up in the auction industry and graduated from auction school in 1982 and went to work with his father Nelson Aumann at Aumann Auctions, Inc. located in Nokomis, Illinois. In 1995, he became Vice President and CEO and moved the business from a local concern to a national market. He is a life member of the ISAA and NAA. Kurt has always been self employed in the auction industry but has several other business interests in numerous fields. He founded Marknet Alliance and franchised the auction business model to over 80 companies across the country. He has also served on several boards including auction association, hospital, bank and community boards. While the auction business is a passion, his true love is his wife Kelly, kids, grandkids and a little 40 acre farm south of Nokomis, Il.
