Timeline for the Transition:

  • Temporary Pause Begins: Tuesday, December 30, 2025
  • New Experience Launch: Tuesday, January 6, 2026

During the pause, course access and certificate downloads will be unavailable. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for this exciting upgrade.

Your Records Are Safe:

All your course history and certificates will be securely transferred to the new experience. You won’t lose any course completions, but an partial progress through courses will not be retained.

Yes. The Auction Institute will be temporarily unavailable from Tuesday, December 30, 2025 - Monday, January 5, 2026 while we configure the new experience.
Any partial progress through courses will not carry over to the new experience so make sure you finish any started courses before December 30!
Your completed course records will be securely transferred and available once the new experience is live. Your certificates and CE transcript will be accessible in your Member Compass, rather than The Auction Institute.
Complete any courses in progress before December 30! We’ll send login instructions and a quick-start guide when the new experience is ready.
