J.J. Dower

J.J. Dower has been a real estate broker since 1988, and an auctioneer since 1986. J.J. Holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate), and ATS (Auction Technology Specialist) certifications which are the highest in the auction industry. J.J. opened the branch office of Ayers Auction and Real Estate in Oneida, Tn. In 1996.
He has worked in the family real estate and auction business for 25 years. J.J. is a Lincoln Memorial University graduate. He is a past president of the Tenn. Auctioneers Association, a past board member, and a Hall of Fame inductee.
J.J. has served as President National Auctioneers Association, Chairman of the Board and the 2021 Hall of Fame inductee for National Auctioneers Association, and board member of
National Auctioneers Foundation.
J.J. is a founding member of Marknet Alliance.
