Adam Crist

Adam Crist is a land broker and shareholder at Peoples Company, a national leader in land brokerage, auctions, land management, land investing, energy management, and appraisal services. Since joining the firm in 2020, Adam has become a trusted advisor to landowners, investors, and farm operators, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of agricultural and recreational land through both traditional listings and multi-parcel auction formats. He played a key role in establishing Peoples Company’s remote office in Mineral Point, Wisconsin, strengthening the firm’s presence across the Upper Midwest.

Adam is a top producer within Peoples Company and the land brokerage industry, having closed more than 37,000 acres and $380 million in land value over the past five years. His experience spans income-producing farmland, premier recreational properties, and complex land investment opportunities, with a strong emphasis on auctions and strategic land marketing.

A native of Darlington, Wisconsin, Adam grew up on his family’s 2,000-acre row crop and cattle operation, managing over 350 head of Black Angus cattle. This hands-on agricultural background provides practical insight into production agriculture and landowner needs. Adam holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation and serves as Vice President of the REALTORS® Land Institute Upper Midwest Chapter. He resides in Mineral Point with his wife, Jora, and their three children.
