As Senior Advisor and Partner at Dudley Resources — a Virginia-based bankruptcy asset liquidation and remarketing firm — he serves as a trusted resource for bankruptcy trustees, creditors' rights attorneys, and institutional clients navigating complex asset disposition challenges. With a national reach, Chip and his team have the expertise and infrastructure to evaluate, market, and sell virtually any asset class, anywhere in the country.
A Certified Auctioneer and graduate of the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Chip holds the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation from the National Auctioneers Association — credentials that reflect both his technical mastery and deep commitment to the profession. He is a former Virginia State Champion Auctioneer and a World-Ranked Ringman, recognized among the elite in competitive auctioneering.
