Fraise Auction & Real Estate has been a local, family owned business in the tri-state area (IA/IL/MO) for more than 40 years. We offer both private real estate and auction services. In 2009 we purchased Menke-Hoyer Auction & Realty Co., Inc. of New London, Iowa to dramatically expand our auction services.

An Auctioneer since 1996, Corey runs the business with offices in both Fort Madison and New London, Iowa.
