Professional Bio
Jimmy Giordano is a licensed Indiana Auctioneer and REALTOR® specializing in transparent, competitive real estate auctions. With a background in military service and law enforcement, he brings integrity, structure, and clear communication to every property and client relationship.
Since 2012, Jimmy has operated as a sole proprietor, conducting live and online auctions for residential, farm, commercial, and investment properties, as well as benefit and personal property auctions for nonprofits. His experience spans real estate sales, auction marketing, and client relations, helping sellers achieve true market value through the auction method.
Jimmy is a graduate of Reppert Auction School and holds the AARE, AMM, and BAS designations through the National Auction Association (NAA). He is also a Candidate for the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI), Class of 2027, and regularly attends national industry events to stay current on real estate auction law and marketing strategies.
Born and raised in Shelbyville, Indiana, Jimmy values hard work, transparency, and service. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, family, and two Rottweilers, cooking, camping, and traveling. His mission is simple: to deliver transparent, well-marketed real estate auctions that create confidence, competition, and results.
