Jay Cash is a second-generation auctioneer and real estate broker from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, proudly carrying forward the legacy of his father, “The Selling Machine,” James R. Cash Sr.
As the face of James R. Cash Auctions & Real Estate and the high-energy brand “Auction Style,” Jay has spent two decades raising millions of dollars for non-profits, churches, and schools nationwide—while also leading premier real estate auctions across multiple states.
A multiple finalist in the International Auctioneer Championship (IAC), Jay combines championship-caliber auctioneering with strategic marketing and storytelling to drive record-breaking results.
Licensed in more than a dozen states, his auction experience spans luxury estates, multi-parcel farmland, commercial properties, and high-profile benefit galas.
Jay serves as a passionate ambassador for the auction industry through the National Auctioneers Association and Tennessee Auctioneers Association. Known for his signature “Auction Style” energy, innovative marketing, and genuine care for people, he’s built a reputation as a trusted professional who gets results.
When he’s not behind the microphone, Jay is a proud husband and father, a guitar and watch enthusiast, and an advocate for building the next generation of auction professionals
