Karin Costa

Ms. Costa offers appraisal services to individuals and professionals for the purposes of estate planning and distribution, insurance coverage and loss, marital dissolution, divestment, and IRS reporting. Karin offers consulting for the divestment of collections. She also is an appraisal manager for multi-facted appraisal assignments. Karin performs appraisal reviews, with or without a conclusion of value, when an appraisal is challenged. She holds the Master Personal Property Appraiser and Certified Estate Specialist designations from the NAA plus a Registered Gemologist Appraiser designation from the International School of Gemology. She is USPAP compliant through 2025 and is up to date on her continuing education requirements. Karin specializes in the appraisal of residential and ranch assets with supplemental training in fine art, machinery and equipment, wine, and jewelry to proficiently assist clients. She is an experienced lecturer in adult education.
