Kellie Martin serves as Vice President of Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc., where she oversees a broad range of operational, financial, technology, and strategic initiatives that drive the company’s continued growth across North America.

Throughout her career at Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Kellie has helped modernize business operations by implementing new technologies, strengthening financial controls, improving operational efficiency, and developing scalable processes that support a rapidly expanding organization. Her leadership extends across accounting, information technology, human resources, compliance, risk management, inventory management and organizational development.

Kellie is passionate about building systems that allow people and businesses to succeed. She has led numerous company-wide initiatives focused on leadership development, employee engagement, process improvement, and continuous learning. She is a strong advocate for creating a culture of accountability through the “See It. Own It.
