Professional Bio
Kelly Toney has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Auctioneer & Broker. His career began in field sales for an oilfield tool company and migrated to the auction industry, specializing in oilfield & construction equipment.
After starting his own auction company in 1998, the focus began to shift to real estate and the company became an independent member of Tranzon, LLC specializing in the sale of commercial and residential real estate through live auctions for national banks, lenders and mortgage servicing companies.
Kelly has conducted over 1,000 auctions of real and personal property totaling more than $100,000,000. He has sold multi-family, office & medical buildings, industrial properties, retail centers, hotels, ranches, undeveloped land, single family homes as well as performing & non-performing notes.
His company was also one of three contractors for the FDIC to dispose of assets from failed financial institutions. Kelly, his wife and twin boys are active members at First Baptist Church of Wortham and he is involved in several different ministries. He holds a BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
