Maggie Cockerham

Maggie began her real estate career in 2001 and has since established herself as a dedicated professional known for her strong work ethic, industry leadership, and client-focused approach. A licensed real estate broker and auctioneer, she offers a full range of services for buyers and sellers, combining traditional real estate expertise with the unique advantages of the auction method.

Throughout her career, Maggie has been recognized multiple times for excellence in the real estate profession, including being honored as REALTOR® of the Year by both regional and chapter-level associations. She has also held leadership roles such as Director, Treasurer, Vice President, and President within REALTOR® organizations, reflecting her commitment to advancing industry standards and professionalism.

Before transitioning fully into real estate and auctions, Maggie worked as a lead interior designer specializing in residential and hospitality renovation projects. She later applied her design background in education, earning a Teacher of the Year award during her time in the classroom. This blend of design knowledge, communication skills, and market expertise allows her to help clients showcase property potential and make informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of her professional work, Maggie enjoys traveling, cheering on Appalachian State football, and tackling DIY design projects. With her multifaceted background and passion for helping others, Maggie provides a well-rounded, client-first experience—whether through traditional brokerage or the auction platform.
