Mike Mohr has been a familiar face in Middle Tennessee real estate since 2008, building a
reputation on honest advice, hard work, and genuinely caring about the people he works with.
Over the years, he's guided buyers and sellers through all kinds of markets — and that
experience shows in the steady, confident way he approaches every transaction.
In 2023, Mike added a new dimension to his work by graduating from Nashville Auction School
and the Professional Ringman Institute, bringing real auction expertise to the Blackwell Realty &
Auction team. He's currently enrolled in the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) — the most
respected professional development program in the auction industry — and will earn his CAI
designation in 2027.
