Tim Keller is a highly experienced and respected leader in the real estate and auction industry, known for his professionalism, integrity, and innovation. With a career spanning four decades, Tim has built a proven record of success as both an auctioneer and Realtor®, guiding clients through complex transactions with skill, empathy, and transparency. His deep understanding of auctions and the real estate market enables him to deliver outstanding results while upholding the highest standards of service.
Tim holds professional designations through the National Auctioneers Association, including Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS), and Auction Marketing Management (AMM). As a Realtor®, he has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, reflecting his commitment to ongoing education and professional excellence. Tim is also a respected instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University, where he is recognized for teaching complex material in clear, practical, and engaging ways.
A past President of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association, Tim has served on committees with both the National Auctioneers Association and the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR), where he is currently a Director. He leads H.K. Keller, a family-owned company founded by his father in 1960, now operated alongside his sons and other family members—continuing a proud multigenerational legacy of service and trust.
Beyond his professional life, Tim is a devoted husband and family man whose approach to business and life is guided by creativity, gratitude, and a spirit of service. Always seeking inspiration for exceptional customer experiences, he often looks to Disney for lessons in innovation and excellence.
