About the Instructor Aaron Ensminger, CAE Aaron Ensminger serves as the Chief Executive Officer for both the National Auction Association and the National Auction Foundation. Prior to his current role, he spent nearly 20 years in Association Management as the Executive Director of Sertoma, Inc., Senior Manager of Programs & Services at the International Association of Administrative Professionals, and spent seven years as Director of Education for NAA. While valuing all his professional accomplishments, he’s most proud of receiving the CAI Distinguished Faculty award in 2019.
