Welcome to the National Auction Association Speaker Resource Center. This resource is designed to assist our education speakers with the development of their educational programs.

2025 Conference & Show Speakers!

Thank you for being a part of this year’s Conference & Show, and helping to bring great professional and business content to the auction community! Your assigned Conference & Show Education Committee (CSEC) member or NAA staff will work with you to ensure deliverables are completed and submitted for your in-person session.

Volunteer Speaker Agreement

Please complete, date, sign, and submit the C&S 2025 Volunteer Speaker Agreementto be eligible for speaker benefits. Please email education@auctioneers.org with any questions.

Session Formats and Templates

Our Conference Education Program (in-person only this year) will consist of 30-minute "innovation" sessions, 45 and 60-minute general sessions, and 90-minute and 2-hour workshops where the content requires more time for a deeper takeaway. You are welcome to explore the free, on-demand course, "Presenting for Impact," to aid you in developing your session content and presentation materials.

Most of the sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing later, so an education monitor will help to run microphones to capture audience questions and comments. This provides the best on-demand viewing quality for the recordings.

Register for Conference & Show

If you have not yet registered for the Conference & Show, please register before May 28, 2025.

As a volunteer speaker, you are eligible to receive a "one-day" appreciation discount off your registration fee! After your agreement is completed, you will receive a personal discount code in the onboarding email from the official event app Whova. You can use this code when checking out with your C&S tickets to receive the applicable discount. Please note that this appreciation discount is nontransferable and non-stackable.

Submit Your Session Forms and Materials

BY MAY 23: Add or update your speaker head shot and bio in the event app.

  • See email titled "Next steps for NAA's Conference & Show Speakers" sent on 5/8 or after returning your speaker agreement. Email education@auctioneers.org with any troubles.

We will use this photo and bio for the C&S event and other session promotion, so be sure they are up to date. 

BY MAY 28:Complete your Session Worksheet to be eligible for speaker benefits and to aid staff in finalizing your session description and learning objectives to promote your session. 

BY JUNE 20: Submit your final session materials to NAA staff via our Speaker Management System (more info to follow). 
 
NOTE: Once these files are submitted, no changes will be allowed after July 5, 2025.
